Definitions

In this agreement the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

- “Site” refers to the UDCRF website www.udcrf.org.

-  “User” means a person or company that has registered on the UDCRF Site and/or browses on or reviews content - on the Site.

- “Visitor” means any person who visits the Site for browsing purposes.

Information we collect

When visiting the Site for browsing purposes as Visitor, or during registration as a User or when generally viewing or interacting with advertisements, links or banners of third parties displayed on the Site, and / or when purchasing services or goods, UDCRF automatically collects information.

The information UDCRF collects includes, but is not limited to, information disseminated by Visitor / User computer,  tablet, mobile phone or whatever other device Visitor / User uses to visit the Site such as IP address, referral url, device unique identifying information, page view statistics, web log information, traffic to and from sites, geo-location and also information provided during registration as User including title, gender, name, addresses, email, telephone number and banking information.

We use the information collected from registered Users to undertake identity verification with third party automated KYC providers in accordance with UDCRF AML and financial crime prevention policies and pursuant to the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 and Wolfsberg Principles.

Minors

UDCRF products and services are offered for view by Visitors and use by Users, 18 years of age and older.

UDCRF does not knowingly allow minors to either conclude financial transactions in relation to products or services or willfully collect any information of them.

Use of information

The information UDCRF collects is used by UDCRF to enhance and improve the Visitor/ User use experience of the Site including, but not limited to, allowing Visitors better viewing access and Users better use access to Site, advertisements/ advertisers, to prevent, detect and investigate possible irregularities or fraud, to measure and improve UDCRF service, and to communicate with or contact Visitors or Users.

UDCRF does not disseminate any Visitor or User information to any third parties without prior approval or unless compelled to do so under warrant issued or by order of competent court having jurisdiction.

Communication

During viewing as Visitor or registration and use of the Site as User the Visitor / User decides how s/he wants to be contacted by UDCRF, i.e. if s/he wants to receive news letters from UDCRF.

Cookies

The Site may use cookies and similar technology for tracking, collecting and storing information and to enhance the User’s experience of the Site.

The User must accept/ turn on the cookies setting on their computer before being able to purchase any goods or services on the Site.
